Will i regret it if i drop out of uni in my final year?

i am currently in my third and final year of uni doing nursing. i am so unhappy. i dont like the lecturers, the campus, the 'learning' experience,and most of the people around me. i do love it when i am out in practice and the only reason i stayed on the course was because i think lots of people will be disappointed at me if i dropped out and i dont know what i would do if i quit. i only have 8 months to go. i feel like the lectuerers are very demotivating and horrible. i dont want to give them the satisfaction by droping out now and being so close to graduation kind of drives me crazy but i hate going to cl because of them. i hardly learn anything which is showing in my grades. i am totally lost. help please
