How do you hook up a amplifier and sup to a Jeep Grand Cherokee's Factory cd player?

I Just bought two kicker sl7 12" and a 1500 watt amp and i am trying to figure out how to hook this up to my factory radio as i have ran out of money ? Any suggestions.
