Question about work,would i get fired?

hey all, my boss is gay and has been away on holiday,well iv been working with my duty manager and i wrote on a note saying, terri has been using a vibrator and refusing to show customers, and i put it on the backwall in his office, i finished work and forgot to take it off,now im worried that il get fired, is it an unfair dismissale if he does?
