How do you know the boss hates you?

Just wondering...because she basically ignores me and is very stuck up. I don't even get a hello or acknowledgement. Today I saw her talk about her own picture in the annual report for over 10 minutes with one of the employees. It is all about her and I feel like I get no acknowledgement, no "good job" -- nothing! It is frustrating working for such a prima donna who I frankly think is back stabbing and scheming too. Does she hate me you think? She has a really awkward way about her. I am looking for another job, believe me-
