Why do some women have late abortions?

I understant that some abortion must be done late because the baby will not survie or the monthers life is in danger but I have heard many things about abortions. One that just doest make sense is why would a person have an abortion when they are in their 2nd trimester? What are some reasons women do abortions when the baby is almost full term?
