Has anyone tried Dana Obleman's Sleep Sense Program?? What Do You Think??

I ordered her free sleep report today. I haven't heard anything yet. But I was wondering if anyone has gotten her book or knows anyone who has gone through her program. I'm thinking of buying her book.
