Trying to adjust status...?

He may have never had a felony,but he will when caught using a fake SS card. When he is caught,he will be charged with using fraudulent identification. It will be found out when he tries to adjust status because one of the questions they ask is if he has ever worked in the US without authorization. Lying about being a citizen is also a crime. Marriage will not stop his deportation when he is caught.
