My Dream , successful actress .?

Hi Im 14 Years old and my dream is to be an actress , like i really want to know the steps on how to be an actress . My parents support me full on and they'd love for me to be one. But i dont have all the money to but i am determined to start . How do i start ? what agents can i go to ? should i visit ones in New york ? wheres the best place to start this ? Pleas Help(:
