I go to cardiac rehab at hosp. Nurse today came over & read my meds with 2 guys next to me. HIPPA violation?

So she read off my meds right in front of those guys. I was very embarred and shocked that she would do this. I wish to pursue this matter, should I hire a lawyer or what? Is that a HIPPA violation?
