Has anyone else had this problem?

So tonight was the third time I ended up at labor and delivery because I called my doctor with a problem and they said to go. The first time I was having severe pain in my upper stomach and into my back and lots of pressure in my back and rib cage and chest. They ran some tests, checked my cervix, did an internal ultrasound and had no idea what was wrong with me so they gave me anti-nausea meds and sent me home. Second I seemed to be leaking a small amount of fluid. Went in got checked, was sent home with no idea what caused but it wasn't amniotic fluid. Tonight I had pain in my right side under my rib cage to the point where I was doubled over crying. I went in, they monitored the baby, tested my urine and blood, checked my cervix. Again was sent home with NO IDEA what was wrong. All they said was it may be gall bladder pain. They didn't even do an ultrasound. It just seems that if you aren't in labor and you don't have preeclampsia, they don't really care what else might be wrong.
