Does this have good gas mileage?

There is a 1995 lifted Chevy Blazer I'm interested in buying. It has a K&N air filter, 3" suspension lift by Rough Country and 2" body lift with 32" BFG all-terrains. And it has a 4.3 liter 6 cylinder. Do you think the gas mileage is any good.
