BCS National Champs scenario?

Ok, let's say one-loss Ohio State loses to LSU. Then #10 Hawaii beats #4 Georgia. Do you think a 13-0 Hawaii should have a share of the championship with a 12-2 LSU? For arguements sake let's ume that scenario happens, should Hawaii be rewarded with at least a share of the title with a two-loss team?
