I am a soldier and a veteran of may conflicts in the philippines, can i join the USMC or UN contingent?

In 2000, i was one of the many casualties on the Southern Philippines conflict with Moro Islamic Liberation Front. Before the conflict, i am willing to join the United Marine Corps if only the US had program to such endeavor, i was a Corporal then. But, during the conflict, i was hit by enemy fire on one of our fierce encounter somewhere in Central Mindanao, Southern Philippines. I lost my chin and seven (7) teeth since the bullet p thru my jaw and broke it. Now, i work at the Office of the Marine Corps Adjutant, Philippine Marine Corps as Chief, Marine Action Center, PMC. I want to pursue my study so i can finished a degree college education. I've learned that the United States has programs helping their servicemen pursue their college education especially those who were incapacitated in battle. Can it be possible for me?
